The phone got some minor scratches from when the first case was lost. Recently bought a silicone case for it.
The screen has a screen-guard on from day one so no scratches on the screen, just the guard.
Phone comes with a 2-GIG memory card, also box and everything in it (headset, datacable, software CD etc…)
